一台激光远场CCD诊断装置，实验测得装置包含光能70％的远场焦点尺寸约为2．5倍衍射极限。在高功率脉冲激光系统激光输出1ns、200J／束下，测得远场发散角不大于14倍衍射极限，光束漂移量小于8s。
