Objective: To detect and analyze the number of regulatory B cells in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis (ie B10 cells) and to explore the correlation between B10 cells and psoriasis. Methods: Patients with newly diagnosed male psoriasis were collected and their peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated. PBMCs of normal individuals were matched for age and sex. Ionomycin, Wave, ester and CD40 ligand for 5 h. The proportion of CD19 + IL-10 + cells was measured by flow cytometry to analyze the number of B10 cells. The proportion of CD19 + IL-10 + . Results: The number of B10 cells in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis was lower than that of normal controls, and the number of B10 precursors was significantly higher than that of normal controls. CONCLUSION: B10 cells are increased in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis, while B10 cells are decreased. B10 cells may have a protective effect on psoriasis.
