【目的】为了评价转Bt Cry1Ac+CP4EPSPS基因棉花对多异瓢虫捕食功能的影响,开展了此次研究。【方法】以转Bt Cry1Ac+CP4EPSPS基因抗虫抗除草剂棉花639017及非转基因棉花中棉所49号为材料,研究了多异瓢虫Hippodamiavariegata(Goeze)对转基因棉花上棉蚜Aphis gossypii Glover的捕食功能反应。【结果】多异瓢虫各龄幼虫和成虫的捕食功能反应均符合HollingⅡ型圆盘方程,取食转基因棉花与非转基因棉花上的棉蚜,多异瓢虫的功能反应差异不显著。【结论】转Bt Cry1Ac+CP4EPSPS基因抗虫抗除草剂棉花对多异瓢虫捕食功能没有显著的影响。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of transgenic Bt Cry1Ac + CP4EPSPS cotton on the predation function of Drosophila melanogaster. 【Method】 The transgenic Bt Cry1Ac + CP4EPSPS insect-resistant herbicide-resistant cotton 639017 and non-transgenic cotton Zhongmiansuo 49 were used to study the predation of Hippodamiavariegata (Goeze) on cotton aphid Aphis gossypii Glover Functional response. 【Result】 The predation functional responses of larvae and adults of all ages were in accordance with the Holling Ⅱ disc equation. The functional responses of S. aurantiacus were not significant when fed on cotton aphids on transgenic cotton and non-transgenic cotton. 【Conclusion】 The transgenic Bt Cry1Ac + CP4EPSPS insect-resistant herbicide-resistant cotton had no significant effect on the predation function of the ladybugs.
