有些幼儿教师错误地认为,交往是大人们的事,幼儿不需要交往,因而忽视与幼儿的交往,以致出现课堂上关注的多,课下关注的少;关注学习的多,关注交往的少。即使有交往也多集中在课堂中,而课下很少顾及。结果导致教师对幼儿的关注不够全面,甚至偏离了正确的方向,使幼儿的健康成长受到严重影响。因此作为幼儿教师必须改变这种片面的观点,充分认识课下交往在幼儿教育中的重要作用,认识到交往既是沟通教师与幼儿情感的沃土,又是幼儿教师专业成长的重要历程。
Some kindergarten teachers mistakenly believe that socializing is a matter for grown-ups. Children do not need to be involved and thus neglect their interaction with young children. As a result, more attention in class and less in class are paid more attention. More attention is paid to learning and less attention is paid to interaction. Even with the interaction is also more concentrated in the classroom, and rarely take into account under the class. As a result, teachers are not paying enough attention to young children and even deviate from the correct direction so that the healthy growth of young children can be seriously affected. Therefore, as a kindergarten teacher, we must change this one-sided view and fully understand the important role of contact in preschool education. We recognize that communication is not only a fertile ground to communicate the emotion of teachers and young children, but also an important course of kindergarten teachers’ professional growth.
