我公司的φ3.6×4.5格子磨采用开式齿轮边缘方式传动,其润滑方式采用人工定时加油润滑。由于氧化铝生产现场环境粉尘大,润滑油污染快,造成齿轮磨损怏,设备卫生差,小齿轮容易引起振动后果。我分公司从2001年采用自动喷汕润滑以来,以上问题得到解决。1 原有润滑方式存在的问题(1)人工加油,不好掌握加油量的多少,有时多,有时少, 与操作工有关系。(2)无法对操作工进行有效的加油监督,操作工是否加油等出现问题才能判断。(3)采用人工加油现场卫生不好保持。(4)采用人工加油润滑油消耗量大,加大了生产成本。
