ＤＮＡ依赖性蛋白激酶（ＤＮＡ－ＰＫ）是一种广泛存在于真核细胞的蛋白质丝／苏氨酸激酶，它的底物有包括转录因子在内的多种ＤＮＡ结合蛋白和几种非ＤＮＡ结合蛋白。近年来的研究还发现它的两个组成部分直接参与ＤＮＡ双链断裂修复和Ｖ（Ｄ）Ｊ重组。它还可能通过ｐ５３４蛋白间接参与细胞周期关卡机制。
DNA-dependent protein kinase (DNA-PK) is a protein filament / threonine kinase that is widely found in eukaryotic cells. Its substrates include various DNA binding proteins including transcription factors and several non-DNA binding protein. In recent years, the study also found that its two components directly involved in DNA double-strand break repair and V (D) J recombination. It may also be indirectly involved in the cell cycle checkpoint mechanism through the p534 protein.
