随着固相合成法的应用,将各种酶、菌体、蛋白固着于聚合物载体上,以用于催化、水解、分离或提纯的研究正迅速开展。固相酶法(Immobilized Enzyme Method)不仅选择性高、副反应少、可反复套用,且具有易于分离、富集、工艺简化、提高收率和无三废公害等等优点,因而引起普遍重视。各种固相载体的研究报道已日见增多。载体或固化酶商品亦已相继问世。本文通过一种新型、实用和较俱代表性的聚合载体-环氧乙烷丙烯酸珠(Oxirane-Acrylic Beads,OAB)的介绍,说明它在固相酶的固化、酶解、参数测定及其在生物药物研究和生产方面的应用。
With the application of solid-phase synthesis, the research of immobilizing various enzymes, bacteria and proteins on polymer carriers for catalysis, hydrolysis, separation or purification is rapidly taking place. Immobilized Enzyme Method not only has high selectivity, few side reactions, and can be applied repeatedly, but also has the advantages of easy separation, enrichment, simplification of process, improvement of yield, and non-waste emission and so on. The reports of various solid-phase carriers have been increasing day by day. Carrier or immobilized enzyme products have also come out one after another. In this paper, we introduce the introduction of Oxirane-Acrylic Beads (OAB), a new, practical and more representative polymeric carrier, to demonstrate its effect on the immobilization, enzymolysis, Biopharmaceutical research and production applications.
