1956年7月份“水力發电”刊載了許自达同志的“皮尔遜曲綫Ⅲ型φ值的計算(=1,C_v=1)”。我觉得他所获得的結論:“美国洛杉磯事务所計算的φ值用近似积分法校核,結果C_s=4.2很接近,而C_s=4.6的一点相差較大”是不正确的,因为他用錯了近似积分公式以及在計算小保証率(如0.001%,0.01%)方面的精度不够,致使他的结果有了偏差。由于他的結論已引起了水文工作者的重視,故把我的不同意見發表出
