应用干扰素微量板测定法(以A549细胞-VSV为测定系统),观察了六味地黄丸(LWDHW)对人扁桃体细胞的干扰素诱生和协同增强NDV诱生作用。结果显示:用终末浓度为5.0mg/ml的LWDHW处理人扁桃体细胞可增加细胞培养上清液中的干扰素效价;用5.0和12.5mg/ml两种浓度的LWDHW预先处理扁桃体细胞后再进行NDV常规诱生,干扰素产量显著增加。通过热敏感试验和干扰素中和试验,初步证明干扰素样本的性质主要是人α干扰素。
Using interferon microplate assay (A549 cell-VSV assay system), the effect of Liuwei Dihuang Wan (LWDHW) on interferon induction and synergistic enhancement of NDV induction in human tonsillar cells was observed. The results showed that human tonsillar cells treated with LWDHW at a final concentration of 5.0 mg/ml increased interferon titers in cell culture supernatants; after pretreatment of tonsil cells with LWDHW at 5.0 and 12.5 mg/ml The routine induction of NDV resulted in a significant increase in interferon production. Through heat sensitivity tests and interferon neutralization tests, it was initially demonstrated that interferon samples are mainly human interferon alpha.
