近年来,由于监管技术手段不完善等原因,我国危险货物道路运输事故频发,对道路沿线周围的居民、生态环境造成极大损害。本文提出了1套结合RFID、GPRS、GPS和GIS等技术的危险品物流智能监管系统解决方案。该系统通过数据与命令的分层双向传输,可实现危险品公路物流全过程的危险品/车辆实时状态监控、路径规划、多级报警和故障诊断等功能。详细论述了系统组成架构,阐述了智能监管平台、车载监控和包装箱监控3个主要子系统的设计原理与研制方法。通过长期现场运行表明,本系统具有极高的方案合理性、运行稳定性和功能可扩展性。
In recent years, due to imperfect regulatory techniques and other reasons, road transport accidents of dangerous goods in China have caused great damage to the residents and ecological environment around the road. This paper presents a set of RFID, GPRS, GPS and GIS technologies such as dangerous goods logistics intelligent regulatory system solutions. This system realizes the real-time status monitoring, path planning, multilevel alarm and fault diagnosis of dangerous goods / vehicles in the whole process of dangerous goods road logistics through the bidirectional transmission of data and command. The structure of the system is discussed in detail, and the design principles and development methods of the three main subsystems of intelligent supervision platform, vehicle monitoring and container monitoring are expounded. Through long-term field operation shows that the system has a very high program rationality, operational stability and functional scalability.
