中长跑训练,不但可以提高学生的身体素质,还可以培养学生勇敢顽强、坚韧不拔、勇于进取等优质品质。仅以“初中生之中长跑训练”为话题进行浅谈,通过初中生中长跑训练中主要问题的分析并以此对提高初中生中长跑训练效果的途径与方法给出建议。
