本文对三个县的山区农村210例涂阳病例,应用2HRZ/4HR方案开展全程化疗,进行为期3年的可行性观察,现将简况介绍如下。一般情况年龄10～70岁,20～49岁占55.2％,50岁以上占36.2％。初治占85.7％。治管结果:满疗程者占92.4％;痰菌阴转率95.7％(其中初治97.8％)、痰持续阳性占1.4％;2年复发率为1.3％;药物副反应率为3.3％。讨论该方案是1UATLD向世界推荐的短化方案,其药物组成的合理性、科学性、有效性已为国内外
In this paper, 210 cases of smear positive cases in mountainous rural areas of three counties, the full course of chemotherapy using 2HRZ / 4HR program to carry out a three-year feasibility study, the brief introduction is as follows.
