调查了宁夏回族804人、汉族726人的拇指类型,直型拇指出现率回族为81.72%,汉族为77.96%,回、汉间无显著差异(u=1.83,P>0.05);过伸型拇指出现率回族为18.28%,汉族为22.04%,均明显低于直型拇指出现率;分析了回族聚居区同心县760人(回650人,汉110人)的拇指类型,直型拇指出现率回族为82.31%,汉族为78.18%,回、汉间无显著性差异(u=1.04,P>0.05),男、女间亦无显著性差异(u=0.44,P>0.05);还计算了显性基因A的频率(回族为0.5725,汉族为0.5305)和隐性基因a的频率(回族为0.4725,汉族为0.4695)。
The thumb type of 804 Hui nationality and 726 Han nationality were investigated. The rate of straight thumb was 81.72% for Hui and 77.96% for Han.
