目的:观察香参红芷酊剂的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀的实验观察香参红芷酊剂的抗炎作用,采用热板法和扭体法观察香参红芷酊剂的镇痛作用。结果:与空白对照组比较,香参红芷酊剂10g/kg、20g/kg剂量组均能显著延长小鼠的疼痛反应时间;香参红芷酊剂20g/kg剂量组能明显减少小鼠的扭体次数,抑制醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高,减轻小鼠耳肿胀(P<0.05或P<0.01);香参红芷酊剂7.5g/kg、15g/kg剂量组均能明显减轻大鼠足跖肿胀度,与空白组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:香参红芷酊剂具有明显的抗炎镇痛作用。
Objective: To observe the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Hongzhi Hongzhi tincture.
