本文对有关积屑瘤稳定性的各种学说进行了剖析,通过试验研究与观察分析,得到如下初步认识: 1.积屑瘤是一种动态结构。切削大部分钢材,形成鼻形积屑瘤的情况下,积屑瘤的头部与金属本体间并不存在明显的分界。鳞剌的形成与积屑瘤密切相关,但鳞刺并非是积屑瘤大块撕离或脱落的碎片。 2.积屑瘤的存在具有一定的必然性,但其外形尺寸却具有一定的随机性。积屑瘤的基本部分保持着相对的稳定性,而其头部则因切削过程的动态特性而处于不稳定状态。 3.根据对积屑瘤稳定性规律的认识,就可按照实际需要,改变切削条件,达到控制积屑瘤的稳定性,使之有利于切削过程的改善与切削功效的提高。
In this paper, various theories about the stability of BUE are analyzed, and the following preliminary understanding is obtained through experimental research and observation: 1. BUE is a dynamic structure. In the case of cutting most steel to form nose-shaped BUE, there is no obvious demarcation between the head of BUE and the metal body. Squirt formation is closely related to Becton’s edulis, but the spines are not fragments of the large build-up or peel-off of chips. The existence of BUE has a certain degree of inevitability, but its size has a certain degree of randomness. The basic part of the BUE remains relatively stable and its head is unstable due to the dynamic nature of the cutting process. According to the law of the stability of the BUE, we can change the cutting conditions according to the actual needs and achieve the control of the BUE and the improvement of the cutting process and cutting efficiency.
