本文研究的动机,正如上次简报中所说,原来是想用几种有机试剂在 Cu—As 组中分别地直接检定 As、sb、Sn 及 Hg 的,也就是只想求出几种有选择性的,不一定有特效性的有机试剂。我们的实验是从 Sn 的研究开始的。利用有机试剂来检定 Sn(Ⅱ)或 Hg(Ⅱ)的反应很多,作者也曾试验过些,例如 Cacotheine,Dimethylglyoaime—Fe(Ⅲ)等试剂与 Sn(Ⅱ)的反应,但由于有各种干扰,总不能在简便的分析条件下用作直接的检定。沈乃葵等曾用试镉剂2β为 Hg(Ⅱ)的特效试剂,但用一个有机化合物同时为 Sn(Ⅱ)和 Hg(Ⅱ)的特效试剂
