周其林,哈尔滨人。1991年毕业于哈尔滨市教育学院,美术本科,现任中国麒麟画院院长,黑龙江省美术家协会会员,哈尔滨市文史馆馆员。其作品荣获国家省市举办的美术展览铜奖及优秀作品奖,被国家政要及海内外友人收藏。《盛世龙腾》《龙马精神》被邓小平故居陈列馆收藏,《和平之歌》荣获第九届哈尔滨冰雕比赛银奖,《秋色》荣获黑龙江省油画
Zhou Qilin, Harbin people. He graduated from Harbin Institute of Education in 1991 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, is currently the dean of the Kirin Art Institute of China, a member of the Artists Association of Heilongjiang Province, and a librarian of the Harbin City History Museum.
