心房颤动是最常见的心律失常,有较高的发病率、致死率和致残率,严重影响着患者的生活质量。近年来的研究表明心房颤动时心房重构是心房颤动发生和维持的中心环节,主要包括心房电重构和心房结构重构,然而心房颤动中心房重构确切的发病机制尚未完全阐明。防治心房颤动新的策略取决于对心房重构机制更好地理解。对心房重构进行相应的药物干预可能是治疗心房颤动的新靶点。目前针对心房重构的药物治疗在动物试验及临床研究中均已取得了一定的成果。现对该领域研究的最新进展作一综述。
Atrial fibrillation is the most common arrhythmia, a higher incidence, mortality and morbidity, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients. In recent years, studies have shown that atrial fibrillation atrial remodeling is the occurrence and maintenance of atrial fibrillation center links, including atrial electrical remodeling and atrial structural remodeling, atrial fibrillation, however, the exact pathogenesis of atrial remodeling has not been fully elucidated. A new strategy for the prevention and treatment of atrial fibrillation depends on a better understanding of atrial remodeling mechanisms. Corresponding drug intervention on atrial remodeling may be a new target for the treatment of atrial fibrillation. Currently, atrial remodeling drug treatment in animal experiments and clinical studies have achieved some results. The latest research progress in this field is reviewed.
