为了进一步改善合金铸铁闸瓦的制动特性,使其具有高性能并能在高速车辆上使用,研究了硬质材料陶瓷粒子的应用。结果表明,向车轮一闸瓦摩擦界面上供给SiC粒子,可以改善制动特性。其方法有:向界面上撒入SiC粒子、喷射SiC粒子、将块状SiC紧压在车轮踏面上以及将块状SiC埋入铸铁闸瓦中。所有这些方法都能有效地改善铸铁闸瓦的制动特性。
In order to further improve the braking characteristics of alloy cast iron brake shoe, make it have high performance and can be used on high-speed vehicles, the application of hard ceramic material particles has been studied. The results show that supplying SiC particles to the wheel-brake friction interface can improve the braking characteristics. The method includes: scattering SiC particles into the interface, spraying SiC particles, pressing the massive SiC against the wheel tread, and embedding the massive SiC into the cast iron brake shoe. All these methods can effectively improve the brake characteristics of cast iron brake shoe.
