核听诊器(又称γ-心功能仪),是应用放射性核素测定左心功能的一种简便、准确、无创伤的新型检查仪器,在微计算机控制下,自动完成测定、计算、显示和记录工作。我院自1986年以来应用核听诊器在冠心病的诊断方而获得了有意义的资料,现报道如下。一般资料仪器与方法核听诊器为北京核仪器厂生产的 FT一1908型,采用 TRS一80型微计算机,并应用该机左心功能测定的程序软件,配合应用湖南岳阳电子仪器厂生产的踏车式心功量机做运动试验。采用~(113m)InCl_3体内标记输铁蛋白法,取~(113m)InCl_3洗脱液5mci/1~2ml、静脉“弹丸式注射”。测定顺序均按本仪器的使用说明书进行。主要测定指标核听诊器能直接或通过换算获得二十几个心功能指标,本文评价了
Nuclear stethoscope (also known as γ-cardiac function meter) is a simple, accurate and non-invasive new testing instrument for radionuclide determination of left ventricular function. It automatically measures, calculates, displays and records under the control of a microcomputer jobs.
