教育心理学表明:音乐教育与智育相辅相成,从感性认识到理性认识,这是人们获得知识的普遍规律。将英语歌曲引入教学符合从感知到理解的认识规律。而且把语言知识融于有趣的歌词中。歌曲将知识与趣味、抽象与形象紧密结合起来,为学生提供更多的感性知识和形象材料,并且用旋律为学生架起了由感性认识通往理性认识的桥梁,使学生在学习中保持着高昂的斗志和浓厚的兴趣,让学生在听、唱英语歌曲的过程中加深对所学知识的理解与巩固。
