通过比较普通钢板与镀锌钢板的点焊形核过程,研究了表面镀锌层对点焊形核的影响,初步探讨了镀锌钢板在单脉冲点焊和双脉冲点焊时的形核过程,以及电流脉冲波形对点焊形核的影响。结果表明:表面镀锌层会延缓熔核的形成;电流脉冲波形会影响镀锌钢板点焊形核方式。镀锌钢板在单脉冲点焊时表面镀锌层是以半圆环形式开始熔化,母材以圆环形式先行熔化形核;而双脉冲点焊时是从贴合面中心处开始熔化,母材是从两焊件贴合面中心某点处开始熔化形核,双脉冲点焊形核方式能获得相对较好的熔核。
