马蔺子甲素是从中药马蔺子中分离出来的有效抗癌成分,对宫颈癌U_(14)等小鼠肿瘤有明显抑制作用并增强带瘤小鼠的免疫功能。本文报道马蔺子甲素对宫颈癌U_(14)小鼠血浆及肿瘤等组织中环核苷酸的影响。结果表明给药组与对照组小鼠肿瘤组织、胸腺及脾组织中的cAMp和cGMp含量无明显差别,但治疗组小鼠血浆中cGMp水平明显增高,说明马蔺子甲素与某些细胞毒药物不同,其抗癌作用机制可能与增强带瘤小鼠的免疫功能有关。
Malpa A is an effective anti-cancer component isolated from traditional Chinese medicine Z. yunnanensis. It has obvious inhibitory effect on tumors such as cervical cancer U_(14) and enhances the immune function of tumor-bearing mice. This paper reports the effect of madridinone on cyclic nucleotides in plasma and tumor tissues of U_(14) mice. The results showed that the levels of cAMP and cGMp in tumor tissues, thymus, and spleen of the mice in the administration group and the control group were not significantly different, but the cGMp level in the plasma of the treatment group was significantly higher, indicating that the carmine subunit A is different from some cytotoxic drugs. The anti-cancer mechanism may be related to enhancing the immune function of tumor-bearing mice.
