为了研究SBS改性剂的类型对改性沥青高低温性能和累计变形量的影响,进行常规测试和MSCR测试是十分必要的。通过针入度体系常规的评价方式,以及采用DSR在一定条件下进行温度频率扫描实验和MSCR测试进行综合性能分析。选择20—90℃这个区间评价改性沥青的温度敏感性能,采用60℃进行10次MSCR测试改性沥青累计变形量分析改性沥青的永久变形能力。结果表明,三种改性沥青的常规测试指标均满足施工规范要求,3种改性沥青的温度敏感性类似,进口改性剂制备的改性沥青略好,星型改性剂制备的改性沥青复数模量偏大。线性改性剂制备的改性沥青变形量较大,恢复率也较高,而星型改性剂制备的改性沥青变形量较小,恢复率略低。
In order to study the influence of the type of SBS modifier on the high and low temperature performance and cumulative deformation of modified asphalt, it is necessary to carry out routine test and MSCR test. Through the conventional evaluation methods of the penetration system and the DSR under certain conditions, the temperature and frequency scanning experiments and the MSCR tests were conducted to conduct a comprehensive performance analysis. The range of 20-90 ℃ was selected to evaluate the temperature sensitivity of the modified asphalt. The permanent deformation of the modified asphalt was analyzed by MSCR test of 10 cumulative deformations of modified asphalt at 60 ℃. The results showed that the conventional test indexes of the three kinds of modified asphalt all meet the requirements of the construction specifications. The three kinds of modified asphalt have similar temperature sensitivity, the modified asphalt prepared by the imported modifier is slightly better, the modification of the preparation of the star modifier Asphalt complex modulus is too large. The modified asphalt prepared by the linear modifier has a large amount of deformation and a high recovery rate, while the modified asphalt prepared by the star modifier has a smaller deformation and a slightly lower recovery rate.
