新课程改革实施以来,十分重视教师反思意识的培养。教师反思能力在一定程度上促进了学生的学习。其实学生作为学习的主体,其反思能力的形成对于学习能力的提高、学习效果的提高有着更为重要的作用。小学生缺乏自我反思能力,这就需要老师的引导和培养。在探索研究中,我认为可以在错题改正、单元分析、课堂反馈、阶段自查、效果对比中逐步培养学生的反思意识,同时不同年段要采取不同的方式,进而逐步形成反思能力,最终实现“凡为教,目的在达到不教的目的。”
