目的:探讨CT对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的诊断价值。方法:对45例HIE临床及CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果:CT诊断HIE轻度14例,中度25例,重度6例,合并颅内出血9例。结论:HIE的临床分度与CT分度虽然不完全符合,但有很好的一致性,颅内出血病例随CT分度增大而增加,CT能明确HIE病变部位、范围,确定是否合并颅内出血及出血类型,对HIE的诊断具有重要的价值。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of CT in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods: Clinical and CT findings of 45 HIE patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results: HIE was diagnosed mildly in 14 cases, moderate in 25 cases and severe in 6 cases, with 9 cases of intracranial hemorrhage. Conclusion: Although the clinical classification of HIE and CT classification are not completely consistent, there is a good consistency. The cases of intracranial hemorrhage increase with the increase of CT classification. CT can confirm the location and range of HIE lesions and determine whether intracranial hemorrhage And type of bleeding, the diagnosis of HIE has important value.
