我校针对教师教育教学实际,在组织学好教育理论,举办专题讲座,开展教育思想讨论,提高认识,端正教育思想的基础上,着重分层次地抓好教师的文化、业务进修和科研能力的培养。学校为鼓励教师刻苦钻研业务,争取良好成绩,在“三定一奖”中设立了“文化业务进修奖”,并在行政上妥善安排他们的工作,保证其进修和研讨业务的时间。目前,在43名任课教师中,有8人进修大专或中专文化课程,学习态度积极,成绩良好。我们针对不同教师的情况,进行分层次指导,这是提高教师业务水平、促进教学改革、提高教学质量的有效方法。 (一)对教学水平较高,有较丰富教学经验的教师,要求他们在教学改革中,带头实践,搞好教育科研。学校帮助他们从理论与
In accordance with the actual situation of teacher education and teaching, our school organizes education theories, organizes special lectures, conducts educational ideological discussions, raises awareness, and corrects educational thoughts.
