目的:做好肾脏动态显像GFR测定有利于临床早期判断肾脏损害程度。护理人员规范操作,熟练掌握检查技术,减少GFR测定的偏差。方法:采用显像剂99mTc-DTPA 5～10MCI(体积<0.5mL)床边“弹丸”注射,同时启动采集程序进行动态采集。对本科检查的276例病例进行肾动态显像,实施心理护理、知识宣教、规范操作。结果:显像成功率达97%。结论:护理人员需熟练掌握肾脏GFR检查中的注意事项,做好患者检查前的相关护理,高质量的“弹丸”注射,可明显提高肾脏动态显像GFR检查成功率,为临床尽早诊断提供依据。
Objective: To do dynamic renal imaging GFR determination is conducive to clinical judgment of early renal damage.
