用荧光分光光度计分析不同荧光色蚕茧的荧光光谱,发现不同荧光色茧的荧光光谱峰形、峰值波长、峰高、相对荧光强度等均存在差异,为研制蚕茧荧光检测仪找到了物理学依据.
Fluorescence spectrophotometer was used to analyze the fluorescence spectra of different fluorescence color cocoons. It was found that there were differences in peak shape, peak wavelength, peak height and relative fluorescence intensity of fluorescence spectra of different fluorescent stains, and a physical basis was found for the development of cocoon fluorescence detectors. .
