建立在经济蓬勃发展的基础上,动漫设计产业如火如荼中进行,随之而来的是动漫设计从业人员需求数量的剧增。但从毕业生表现来看,实践能力过低,适应企业生产活动时间过长,加强动漫专业校外实习指导便是在这一背景下提出的。本文围绕校外实习中指导教师的主要职责与安全管理展开陈述,这有得于教师在校外实习指导充分发挥“决策”作用,同时也有得于激发与培训学生的实践能力。 Based on the booming economy, the animation design industry is in full swing, with the dramatic increase in demand for animation design practitioners. However, from the point of view of graduates’ performance, it is against this background that the practice ability is too low, the time to adapt to the productive activities of enterprises is too long, and the guidance of off-campus internship for animation major is strengthened. This article focuses on the main responsibilities and safety management of instructing teachers in off-campus internship, which can be achieved by teachers’ intern practice outside the school to give full play to the role of “decision-making” and at the same time have the practical ability to stimulate and train students.
