华重楼种子中存在萌发抑制物质是导致其休眠难以破除的主要原因之一。采用变温层积处理可以促进华重楼种子休眠顺利解除,进而促进种子及早萌发。该研究通过观测变温层积过程中华重楼种子内萌发抑制物质的作用特性和动态变化规律,试图进一步加深对华重楼种子休眠机制的认识,为今后生产上破除华重楼种子休眠提供理论支撑。研究结果表明,在120天的变温层积中,华重楼去皮种子中的萌发抑制物质始终维持在一定的效应水平,并且存在先合成后降解的规律。于层积第60天时,抑制活性达到最强。抑制物主要通过抑制胚根的生长,进而影响幼苗生长,甚至造成萌发的幼苗死亡。
One of the main reasons for the dormancy of Huazhonglou Seeds which is difficult to rupture is the existence of germination inhibiting substances. The use of variable temperature stratification treatment can promote the smooth lifting of the seed dormancy of Huaizhong Lou and promote the early germination of the seed. In this study, by observing the characteristics and dynamics of the germination inhibitory substances in the seeds of Huazhonglou during the process of temperature-changing stratification, the study attempts to further deepen the understanding of the seed dormancy mechanism of Huazhonglou and provide theoretical support for the future dormancy elimination of the seeds of Huaizhong Lou. . The results showed that the germination inhibiting substances in the peeled seeds of Huazhonglou always maintained a certain level of effect during the 120-day temperature-dependent layering, and there existed the law of degradation after synthesis. At the 60th day of stratification, the inhibitory activity reached the strongest. Inhibitors mainly through the inhibition of radicle growth, thereby affecting seedling growth, and even cause germination of seedlings die.
