拨除下颌第三磨牙是口腔外科常见的手术之一。由于下颌第三牙磨解剖变异很大和接近易受损伤的下齿槽N.管,充分了解它们的解剖是使手术成功、减少并发症的先决条件。本文介绍一种下颌第三磨牙的X光片检查方法,并研究X光片表现与牙齿真实解剖符合程度,以及可能产生的误解。作者对41例患者的44颗牙齿进行照片检查,每颗被检查的牙齿至少采用不同方向投影的三张口内片:(1).+10°,(2).-10°,(3).垂直轴向。(1)、(2)两种投影是CIarK和FranK方法的改良。44颗牙齿经X光片检查后随即拨除,尽可能保持完整无损。
Removal of the mandibular third molars is one of the common surgical procedures in oral surgery. As the third mandibular third molar great variation in anatomy and access to vulnerable lower gallbladder N tube, to fully understand their anatomy is to make the surgery a prerequisite for reducing complications. (1), (2) Both projections are an improvement of the CIarK and FranK methods. 44 teeth were removed immediately after X-ray examination, as intact as possible.
