Reitr氏综合征临床少见。它具有关节炎、尿道炎及眼结合膜炎三大症状,常继发于细菌性痢疾之后,故又有痢疾后尿道、关节、结膜综合征之称。我科收治1例,现报告如下。患者男性:21岁,战士,于1981年8月31日入院。1979年患“急性菌痢”未进行正规治疗,以后经常腹痛、腹泻,大便带有粘液。于入院前4天无任何诱因开始发热,腹痛加剧,里急后重,每日排便5～6次,为脓血便。检查:体温38℃,心肺未见异常,肝脾未触及,左下腹压痛明显。血像:红细胞476万/mm~3。血红蛋白15克％‘白细胞8,000/mm~3,中性60％,
Reitr’s syndrome is clinically rare. It has three major symptoms of arthritis, urethritis and ocular conjunctivitis, often secondary to bacillary dysentery, so there are diarrhea after urethra, joint, conjunctival syndrome. I received 1 cases of subjects, are as follows. Patient Male: 21 years old, soldier, admitted on August 31, 1981. In 1979 suffering from “acute bacillary dysentery” was not formal treatment, often after abdominal pain, diarrhea, stool with mucus. 4 days before admission without any incentive to start fever, abdominal pain aggravated, tenesmus, defecation 5 to 6 times a day, for purulent blood. Check: body temperature 38 ℃, no abnormal heart and lung, liver and spleen not touched, left lower quadrant tenderness significantly. Blood: 4.76 million red blood cells / mm ~ 3. 15 grams of hemoglobin ’white blood cells 8,000 / mm ~ 3, 60% neutral,
