本文报道了氨基酸、激素对烟草花粉胚胎形成的影响。实验表明,培养基加入一定浓度的L-谷氨酸、L-谷氨酰胺、DL-天门冬氨酸等11种氨基酸均能促进花粉胚的形成。所供试的13种氨基酸中,尤以L-脯氨酸和L-羟脯氨酸的效果最显著。激素实验结果,培养基中附加一定浓度的IAA、KT或IAA与KT配比对花粉的诱导作用显著。NAA对花粉胚形成的效果不明显。2.4-D明显地抑制胚状体形成。
This article reports the effects of amino acids and hormones on tobacco pollen embryogenesis. Experiments show that adding a certain concentration of L-glutamic acid, L-glutamine, DL-aspartic acid and other 11 kinds of amino acids can promote the formation of pollen embryos. Of the 13 amino acids tested, L-proline and L-hydroxyproline were most effective. Hormone test results, medium supplemented with a certain concentration of IAA, KT or IAA and KT ratio of pollen induction was significant. The effect of NAA on pollen embryo formation is not obvious. 2.4-D significantly inhibited embryoid body formation.
