研究了用2种方法制备的AgCuO材料的组织形貌,发现在反应合成法制备的AgCuO材料中,生成的CuO颗粒较细小,并沿着Ag颗粒的边界分布;而粉末冶金法获得的AgCuO材料发生CuO颗粒的团状聚集,且孔隙较多。通过对接触电寿命的测试,结果表明反应合成法得到的AgCuO材料的电寿命是粉末冶金法制备的2倍。
The morphology of AgCuO materials prepared by two methods was studied. It was found that CuO particles were smaller and distributed along the boundary of Ag particles in AgCuO prepared by reactive synthesis method. AgCuO material obtained by powder metallurgy Agglomeration of CuO particles occurs with more voids. Through the test of contact life, the results show that the electrical life of AgCuO obtained by reaction synthesis is twice that of powder metallurgy.
