[目的]建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP—AES)测定食品中硼砂含量的方法。[方法]食品样品经湿法消化后,直接采用ICP—AES法测定其中硼元素含量,再换算成硼砂。[结果]硼浓度在0.10~50mg/L范围内线性良好(r=0.9995),相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于2.07,加标回收率为96.0~100.1。[结论]该方法操作简单、分析快速、灵敏、准确,可满足日常大量食品样品中硼砂的检测任务。
[Objective] To establish a method for the determination of borax in food by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). [Method] After the food sample was digested by wet method, the content of boron element was directly measured by ICP-AES and then converted into borax. [Result] The results showed that the linearity was good (r = 0.9995), the relative standard deviations (RSDs) were both less than 2.07 and the recoveries were in the range of 96.0-100.1. [Conclusion] The method is simple in operation, fast, sensitive and accurate in analysis, which can meet the detection task of borax in a large number of daily food samples.
