运用模糊控制策略对原有PID控制方案进行控制方案改进,并利用MATLAB/Simulink建立控制系统仿真模型。由仿真结果对比分析可知,模糊PID控制器的控制性能指标均优于常规PID控制器,能使系统响应速度加快、超调量减小,具有良好的动态特性和稳态精度,且抗干扰能力强。应用模糊PID控制策略到铸造车间废气处理系统中,可以提高废气的回收量,同时降低废气处理系统的能耗,达到节能减排效果。
The fuzzy control strategy is used to improve the control scheme of the original PID control scheme, and the control system simulation model is established by using MATLAB / Simulink. The simulation results show that the performance of fuzzy PID controller is better than the conventional PID controller, which can make the system response faster, reduce the overshoot, have good dynamic characteristics and steady-state accuracy, and anti-interference ability Strong.
