当前,基建规模的全面压缩,给建筑业带来的形势是严峻的。建筑业职工几乎是在思想上缺少准备的情况下,承受着这一压力的。毫无疑问,它引起了建筑队伍里的思想波动,造成了很多职工心态失去平衡。为此,迫切需要分析职工心态失衡的原因,弄清职工心态失衡的表现,探求调节职工心态失衡的相应对策。一、心态失衡的原因及表现一是,建筑业遇到“急刹车”的震荡。近几年,建筑企业比较好过,而目前建筑业遇到了几乎被逼进绝路的三大障碍:国家压缩基建规模,施工力量远远大于施工任务;物价上涨太猛,企业难以承受;原材料、资金严重短缺。按行家们比较形象的说法就是建筑业处于“三九寒天”,并且是“雪上加霜”。正因为建筑业处境前后反差太大,造成了职工心理上的失落感。
