介绍移动互联网的5F思维,提出图书馆在移动互联网时代应基于5F思维进行转型。根据用户的碎片化信息需求,提出场景化、全平台化的服务建设思路;建议图书馆参考粉丝经济模式,重视用户需求,设立专门的用户研究中心以及利用大数据分析了解用户,设计出真正符合用户的产品和服务;对推出的产品要做到快速迭代,围绕产品核心功能进行优化;建设图书馆品牌产品,利用品牌效应,提升图书馆用户的价值认同感。
