研究了硬脂酸包覆的纳米CaCO3填充UPVC的力学性能与影响因素。研究结果表明,增加CaCO3的用量可提高UPVC的杨氏模量和缺口抗冲强度而屈服强度降低。与填充亚微米CaCO3不同,采用较低的塑炼温度有益于获得较高的材料韧性。在纳米CaCO3填充的UPVC中,使用少量的CPE型改性剂可获得超韧的UPVC。
The mechanical properties and influence factors of stearic acid coated nano-CaCO3 filled UPVC were studied. The results show that increasing the amount of CaCO3 can improve the UPVC Young’s modulus and notched impact strength and yield strength decreased. Unlike filled submicron CaCO3, the use of a lower plasticizing temperature is beneficial for achieving higher material toughness. In nano-CaCO3-filled UPVC, super-tough UPVC can be obtained using a small amount of CPE-type modifier.
