目的:研究夜合花挥发油的化学成分。方法:利用水蒸气蒸馏法及超临界CO2萃取法提取桂产夜合花挥发油,用GC-MS联用技术对其化学成分进行分离鉴定,用面积归一化法确定各成分的相对含量。结果:水蒸气蒸馏法提取的挥发油鉴定56个化合物,占挥发油总量的87.46%,超临界CO2萃取法提取的挥发油鉴定25个化合物,占总量的95.86%。结论:桂产夜合花挥发油主要成分是α-蒎烯、橙花叔醇、石竹烯、吉玛烯D、双环吉玛烯,与文献报道其他产地的夜合花挥发油成分有明显差异。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Rhus chinensis. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and supercritical CO2 extraction. The chemical constituents were isolated and identified by GC-MS. The relative content of each component was determined by area normalization. Results: 56 compounds were identified by the volatile oil extracted by steam distillation, accounting for 87.46% of the total volatile oil. 25 compounds were identified by the volatile oil extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction, accounting for 95.86% of the total. CONCLUSION: The main constituents of the volatile oil of C. occidentalis are α-pinene, nerolidol, caryophyllene, germane D and bicyclomethicone, which are obviously different from the constituents of the volatile oil from C. occidentalis reported in other areas of the country.
