说起我们班的一些“活跃分子”,真是“让我欢喜让我忧”。喜的是这些活跃分子上课时思维活跃,反应敏捷,能很快掌握所学知识;忧的是这些孩子回答问题时不爱举手,爱插嘴乱发言,影响了其它孩子发言的主动性和积极性。如何让这些孩子养成良好的发言习惯呢?我苦思冥想了很久,但一直不能想出既不伤孩子自尊心又能激起他们举手发言兴趣的两全其美之策。
Speaking of some of the “activists” in our class, it is “Let me be glad to let me worry.” Hi is that these activists in class thinking active, quick response, can quickly learn what they have learned; the worry is that these children do not love to raise their hands when answering questions, love interrupting speech, affecting other children’s speech initiative and enthusiasm . How to make these children develop a good habit of speaking it? I thought hard for a long time, but can not think of not only hurt the child’s self-esteem but also arouse their interest in raising their hands the best of both worlds.
