随着铝工业的发展,大型铝电解槽的应用日益普及,槽壳的尺寸也越来越大,相应的电解槽上部结构H梁跨度越长,那就意味着H梁腹板需要拼接,由于H梁跨度大,承载重,那么H梁腹板拼接焊缝焊接显得尤为重要。本文结合以往的施工技术经验,提出H梁腹板拼接焊缝焊接新工艺,在实际工程应用中取得了良好的效果。
With the development of aluminum industry, the application of large-scale aluminum electrolytic cell is becoming more and more popular. The size of the shell is also getting larger and larger. The longer the span of the H beam in the upper part of the electrolytic cell, it means that the webs of the H beam need to be spliced. H beam span, bearing heavy, then H beam web welding splicing joints is particularly important. In this paper, combined with the past experience of construction technology, proposed welding of H beam web splicing welding new technology, the actual project has achieved good results.
