本文采用Pt与Co比率为1∶2的摩尔比和活性炭,通过高温焙烧及通氢气还原法制成Pt-Co/C催化剂,并将其热压在Nafion膜上,制成Pt-Co/C-Nafion膜电极。通过稳态极化技术、X射线衍射分析(XRD),隧道扫描电镜(STM)等方法,研究电极氧还原性能。结果表明,Pt与Co通过焙烧后能形成Pt-Co合金,且Pt-Co/C催化剂能明显改善Pt/C催化剂的活性和稳定性,减少贵金属用量
