随着我国社会经济建设的快速发展,越来越多的企业追求经济利益的快速增长。房地产股债权投资作为财富快速累积的方式,以其高回报的优点,受到越来越多的投资者的关注。虽然房地产股债权投资经济收益高,其风险也不容忽视。目前,我国房地产股债权投资业务发展实践和研究时间均较短,有许多方面需要完善。本文将通过对房地产股债权投资项目中存在的风险的分析和研究,总结房地产股债权投资风险管理的一些可行措施。
With the rapid development of China’s social and economic construction, more and more enterprises are pursuing the rapid growth of economic interests. As a way of rapid accumulation of wealth, real estate stock debt investment attracts more and more investors’ attention due to its high return. Although real estate stocks debt investment high economic returns, its risk can not be ignored. At present, China’s real estate stocks debt investment business development practice and research time are shorter, there are many aspects need to be improved. This article will analyze and study the risks existing in real estate stock debt investment projects and summarize some feasible measures of risk management of real estate stock debt investment.
