公交静态时刻表为公交运营及调度的操作制定了理论依据,但在实际的公交运营中,易受到天气、道路交通环境、突发事件等异常事件的影响。公交协调调度中,异常事件发生时,将会增加整个公交运营系统的运营成本,这些成本包括,乘客的延误等待损失成本、运营线路增加等。公交车的运营班次将不能按照行车计划表的要求到达与发车必然会造成公交运营系统的运营成本增加,如何减少异常事件对整个公交运营系统造成的影响是提高公交运营效率的关键。本文通过对异常事件下公交运营系统的分析,建立了公交动态调度模型,并采用了MatLab软件进行了实例验证分析,对模型进行了求解分析,得到异常事件下的公交车的运营排班班次。
The static timetable for public transportation has laid a theoretical foundation for the operations of public transportation and dispatching. However, in practical public transport operations, it is vulnerable to abnormal events such as weather, road traffic environment and emergencies. Bus coordination and dispatch, anomalous events will increase the operating costs of the entire bus operating system, these costs include waiting for passengers to delay the loss of cost of loss, increase in operating lines. Bus trips will not be able to arrive and depart in accordance with the schedule requirements will inevitably result in increased operating costs of the bus operating system. How to reduce the impact of anomalous events on the entire bus operating system is the key to improving bus operation efficiency. In this paper, through the analysis of bus operation system under abnormal events, a dynamic scheduling model of bus was established. MatLab software was used to verify and analyze the model. The model was solved and analyzed, and the flight schedule of bus operation under abnormal events was obtained.
