车削不锈钢零件和铝制零件,在切削条件一定的情况下,如果将水溶液更换成乳状液,不仅可延长刀具的使用寿命,提高零件的表面粗糙度,而且还能大幅度地提高生产效率。刀具寿命的长短,主要根据刀具的磨损和崩刃情况加以判断。表2、表3所示为在使用乳状液和水溶液时,刀具的磨损以及零件表面粗糙度的情况。由于乳状液的润滑性能和冷却性能都很好,因此,无论是刀具的后面磨损和零件的表面粗糙度的指标都高于仅具有冷却性能良好的水溶液。由于更换了水溶液,因而在同样
