本文建议两种调速方案以进一步减少备用变换齿轮的个数: 1、逐段分档法先分成粗档,然后每档再分为细档,前者的公比为后者公比的2L_2+1次方。L_2为后者的序列长。 2、交叉覆盖法也分粗细档,但细档的公比等于粗档公比的r/(2L_2+1)次方,r为2或4。采用第二种办法,可将最大齿轮的直径减小到二分之一或四分之一。本文还建议了混合调速机构,即既可搭成两级调速,又可搭成一级调速,采用统一的公比φ。此时,只用5—8个变换齿轮就可相应地得到45—273档均匀分布的变速轴速度。
This paper suggests two speed regulation scheme to further reduce the number of spare gear change: 1, paragraph by file method first divided into rough files, and then each file is divided into fine files, the former public ratio for the latter than the public 2L_2 + 1st power. L_2 is the latter sequence length. 2, the cross-overlay method is also divided into thick and thin files, but the thin file’s public equals to r / (2L_2 +1) power of the public file ratio, r is 2 or 4. Using the second approach, the diameter of the largest gear can be reduced to one-half or one-fourth. This paper also suggests a hybrid speed regulating mechanism, which can not only make up two speed control, but also make up a speed control, using a common male ratio φ. At this point, only 5-8 change gears can be 45-173 corresponding gear shift shaft speed uniform distribution.
