为了观察益母草对庆大霉素(GM)所致大鼠急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)的作用。给成年雄性Wistar大鼠肌注GM,造成ARF,动态观察了血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Bcr)、尿N-乙酰-B-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(U_(NAG))、尿蛋白以及肾病理形态学变化。结果显示:GM导致的大鼠近曲小管上皮细胞损伤随给药时间的延长而逐渐加重。但益母草组的受损程度明显轻于庆大霉素组。表明益母草对GM所致的大鼠ARF有一定的防治作用。
To observe the effect of Motherwort on gentamicin (GM)-induced acute renal failure (ARF) in rats. Adult male Wistar rats were intramuscularly injected with GM to induce ARF, and blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Bcr), urinary N-acetyl-BD-glucosidase (U_(NAG)), urinary protein, and nephropathy were dynamically observed. Morphological changes. The results showed that GM-induced injury of proximal tubular epithelial cells gradually increased with the prolonged administration time. However, the extent of damage in the motherwort group was significantly lower than that of the gentamicin group. It shows that Motherwort has a certain preventive and therapeutic effect on GM-induced rat ARF.
