本着“谁销售、谁服务”的原则,工程机械的服务一般采用“委托”方式,生产企业授权代理商进行售后服务(称为特约服务站),车辆出保后,特约服务站提供必要的手续结算服务费受全球金融危机的影响,各企业都面临更加严峻的市场竞争形势,竞争的加剧使企业已经进入了微利时代。为保障企业的正常运营,各部门都在积极挖潜,节能降耗,控制成本支出。企业成本主要包括研发成本、采购成本、制造成本、运输成本、销售成本和服务成本等。本文仅以工程机械的服务成本为例,来探讨服务成本的控制途径。
